How can we help?

Opportunum is intentionally small and focused. These are the fastest ways to resolve the most common issues.

Search results or sources Provider availability, filters, and listings that have changed. Calendar, Reminders, or widgets Permissions, deadlines, and Home Screen information. Contact support Open the shared support portal for direct help.

Opportunum searches the sources you enable. If one source is temporarily unavailable, the app continues with the others and reports the provider status. Listings originate from external organisations, so their details or availability may change after publication.

Saved opportunities and notes

Saved opportunities and personal notes live on your device. Saved metadata can appear in Spotlight, while notes remain private to Opportunum and are never indexed.

Calendar and Reminders

Opportunum asks for access only after you choose to add an event or reminder. If access was previously declined, open Settings on your device, select Opportunum, and review the relevant permission.

Widgets

The widget displays the next deadline from your saved opportunities. If it appears empty, save an opportunity with a future deadline, then allow a moment for the widget timeline to refresh.
