Opportunum is built with Apple accessibility technologies so more people can discover, review, and save academic opportunities in the way that works best for them.

• VoiceOver Controls, opportunity details, search results, filters, and saved states have meaningful labels and reading order.
• Voice Control System controls, visible names, and accessible labels support navigation and actions by voice.
• Larger Text Text follows Dynamic Type, while result layouts adapt at accessibility sizes instead of truncating important content.
• Dark Interface Automatic, Light, and Dark appearance options are available from Settings.
• Differentiate Without Color Alone Labels, icons, and text communicate saved states, deadlines, selections, and provider status in addition to color.
• Sufficient Contrast Content uses system foreground roles and a restrained palette designed to remain legible in light and dark appearances.
• Reduced Motion Welcome effects and interface transitions respect the system Reduce Motion preference.
• iPhone and iPad The same accessibility support is provided across both device families.

Audio and video

Opportunum does not currently include audio or video content, so captions and audio descriptions are not applicable to this version.

Third-party opportunity pages

Opportunity listings can open webpages published by universities, funders, and other external organisations. Opportunum provides accessible controls around this content, but the accessibility of each webpage is determined by its publisher.
